오는 9월 12일 일요일, ‘위사(WeSA)’에서 아티스트와 아티스트 지망생을 위한 아트코딩 비대면 무료 강좌를 개최한다. 위사의 첫 오픈 클라스에는 세계적인 미디어 아티스트 태싯그룹의 장재호, 가재발을 비롯하여 윤제호, 정창균, 윤지영, 박성민, 카로 등 현역에서 활발히 활동하고 있는 아티스트들이 강사로 참여한다.
에이블톤라이브 (Ableton Live) ,맥스엠에스피(Max/MSP),슈퍼 콜라이더(SuperCollider) 터치디자이너 (TouchDesigner), 파이썬 (Python), 프로세싱 (Processing) 등 아트코딩을 위해서는 필수적이지만 좀처럼 접하기 어려운 프로그램 들을 소개할 예정이다.
오픈클라스는 선착순 100명을 대상으로 진행되며, 위사 아카데미 홈페이지를 통해 신청할 수 있다.
‘위사’는 페스티벌, 레지던시, 아카데미 등 지속적인 사업을 통해 사운드아티스트를 지원하고 있다.
On Sunday, September 12, WeSA will host a free online art coding workshop for artists and aspiring artists. The first Open Class by WeSA will feature globally renowned media artists, including Jang Jae-ho and Gazaebal from the Tacit Group, as well as active artists such as Yoon Je-ho, Jung Chang-kyun, Yoon Ji-young, Park Sung-min, and Caroline Reize.
The workshop will introduce essential but often inaccessible programs for art coding, such as Ableton Live, Max/MSP, SuperCollider, TouchDesigner, Python, and Processing.
The Open Class is limited to the first 100 participants and can be registered through the WeSA Academy website.
WeSA supports sound artists through ongoing initiatives such as festivals, residencies, and academies.
