WeSA Residency is an art residency spanning 21350ft², located in Seonheul, a village on the east side of Jeju Island. It offers a creative environment and inspiration for artists, in line with WeSA’s motto of innovation, experimentation, and pushing the boundaries of art. We look forward to welcoming artists eager for new and challenging experiences in Jeju’s unique historical and cultural setting.   Regular WeSA Residency Call This is an open call program held regularly. All innovative artists are encouraged to apply. The call is announced via Instagram, and selected artists are offered a 10-day stay at WeSA Seonheul.   Announcement: Via Instagram Eligible Fields: Music/Sound, Audiovisual Art, Media Art, and all innovative art genres Eligibility: Artists aged 19 and above (International participants must adhere to COVID-19 and relevant health regulations.) Selection: 1 team (1–3 members) Support: Studio space, accommodation, and a grant of up to 2 million KRW (including airfare) Residency Duration: 10 days   WeSA Artist Program This is a residency program exclusively for WeSA artists.   Eligibility: Open to WeSA artists Other Terms: Same as the Regular WeSA Residency Call.
